Whether you have a specific idea in mind or are simply looking for something unique, our expertise is at your disposition to guide you through the creative process and bring your ideas to life. It also allows you to have something adjusted to your body or according to particular dimensions. Here we offer you an overview of the process of a custom order with us.
1. Your idea
You can contact us via Facebook, Instagram, email or via our website in the "contact" section.
If you prefer to speak face-to-face with us, it is possible to make an appointment for a discussion by video conference, on the phone or in person **.

We will take the time to discuss your ideas, your inspirations and the features you need. If you are missing the words to explain your idea, you can also send us inspirational photos or images! We will also ask you for what's your budget for the project and when you will need it.
** Due to the pandemic, face-to-face appointments are only given as a last resort for the time being. On the other hand, we will be happy to accommodate you differently and in a safe way for all!
With the informations gathered during the first discussion, we will make a sketch free of charge to illustrate our proposal. If necessary, this sketch can be modified according to your comments and preferences.
The sketch, once approved, will be used to put together a submission for the materials, costs and deadlines related to your project.
2. Sketch and evaluation
3. Confirmation of the project
A deposit of 50% of the price is required for any custom order before we can begin manufacturing.
If the project will be worn such as clothing or armor, we will also need your measurements. These can be taken here at the workshop ** if you are able to come or remotely with our assistance.
** Due to the pandemic, face-to-face appointments are only given as a last resort for the time being.

During production, we may ask you for your opinion on certain things, such as the choice of certain materials or colors. For the tailoring, you may have to come to the workshop for a fitting or that we send you a “mock-up” version to confirm certain adjustments.
Either way, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order and make sure the final product meets your expectations.
4. Production
5. Delivery
Given the wide variety of projects we work on, deadlines can be varied.
On average, our deadline times range from one to three months.

Once completed, your project can either be picked up directly from our workshop, or delivered to you by mail.
In all cases, full payment must be made before leaving with the project or it is sent.

In order to reduce waiting times for orders that have been confirmed, we sometimes have to stop taking new comission for a while to concentrate on current projects. You can follow us on social media or subscribe tout our newsletter to see if we are available to take new orders.
